DONATED PIPES

Such a wonderful selfless person. Sue Jones of Charleville donated her cherished pipes ( Sue has retired from playing) and music to the band so another upcoming player can benifit from using them. Many thanks to Sue.

Niklas Konrad - Exchange student from Germany

Niklas is an Exchange student from Germany studying in Rockhampton. He has a passion for the Bagpipes . Niklas came along to band every week to gain as much knowledge and experience as he could in the limited time he had with us. Niklas mastered the pipes to the point of being able to play a range of tunes with the band. Many amusing times as we imparted our Aussie cultural ways and slang on our visitor from a land far away.
